SPIRITUAL DIRECTION

Spiritual direction is a practice in which one Christian helps another become more aware of God's presence, communication, and love in their life, particularly through prayer. It centers on deepening a person's relationship with God and discerning how to respond to God's invitations in daily life. A spiritual director listens deeply but does not give advice or provide counseling—instead, they help the person notice how God is at work.
